We have prepared an Interactive Tutorial that will guide you through the process of learning deej controls on your iPhone/iPad.

You'll find it in the application, that's the best way you can realize how deej works.
Access to the ipod library has been allowed by Apple in the last iOS updates. Only on a device with iOS >=4.1 you'll be able to access to your own music. Unfortunately, old devices have not enough power to run all processes deej needs to work, so iPhone 3G and older don't have access to the ipod library, All other models work perfectly. Table of working models.
There is an entire section in the Help page bundled in the application, that explains how to do it. See the Music Case section.
We are preparing a section for these. By now, please follow carefully the corresponding step in the Tutorial. Using headphones is completely necessary to make use of the virtual headphones. Taking off one of the headphones off is the easiest way to undertand the situation. Keep trying until you understand it. If you connect a Y-splitter, it sohuld be easier to understand, and you'll be able to connect speakers and headphones for monitoring.
You think it'd be that easy? You want us to create 'lazy deej' application? Come on and learn how to synchronize the decks manually!
It is not easy to explain but it is a key point of the mixing experience, see the Mixer Table section to learn how to use it. It is worh to spend some time trying to understand it.
In old devices (iPhone 2G and iPod Touch), deej may overload the CPU and cause the device to hung or freeze. Please help us improve deej and report any problem you have to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Scratching backwards for too long is not supported. Your spins are being stored to seek backwards in the song timeline, but we cannot produce scratch sounds simultaneously in the current version.
Decks
Each deck has a screen that gives you control of that deck's content. You'll always see the title of the current song on the corresponding screen, and the song progress in the line below.
Press the EJECT button to load a different song into the deck, and it will reveal the media selector.
Once in the media selector, you can pick a song, dismiss it by pressing the BACK/EJECT button or open your Music Case by pressing the ADD button.
Use the new search feature to find a particular song when you already know its title, artist or album name.
Play and pause
Once back from the media selector, the loaded song is paused. Every time you press the PLAY/PAUSE button, media play will toggle.
The song progress bar blinks while in pause state, that's the only way you'll notice if the volume of the corresponding deck is turned off.
Track progress
Track position, i.e., played time and remaining time are indicated in the song progress bar. Drag the slider to seek to the desired song position.
Note that seeking is a CPU demanding activity, and it takes some time to get done. You can also seek while in pause state, but keep in mind the song will continue in pause state.
There's a Sound Settings tab in Settings page where you can fine tune deej's controls. See the list of settings:
